We’re horticultural specialists; not "mow, blow and go.” Yes, it takes more time and skill to properly prune a shrub than to shear it – we believe it’s worth it. It’s the difference between keeping plants alive and letting them thrive.
We know about plants, diseases and pests. Although we're licensed pest control managers, we prefer non–toxic, environmentally safe alternatives whenever possible.
Managing irrigation is also a critical element in maintaining a sustainable landscape. Coverage and timing are critical components. We will adjust the irrigation controller based on the time of year and current weather conditions. We also take care of outdoor lighting systems; bulb replacement, timing and aiming for optimum effect.
A customized maintenance program will be developed to suit your budget and the needs of your landscape. We provide weekly maintenance services, and each visit is lead by an on-site supervisor. Regular meetings with the maintenance leader provide time to discuss special tasks, scheduling and ongoing changes in the landscape. At the end of each visit we'll provide a written summary about the tasks performed that day. Grass clippings and green debris will be hauled off-site and composted. These will later be used to amend soil and top dress planting beds. Another way we practice sustainable landscape management.
