Design Partnerships

Great design is the key component to every great project and since San Diego has one of the finest year-round climates, outdoor living is the norm. If no landscape plan exists, your Project Manager will select one of our qualified Design Partners to provide creative and innovative solutions. Designers are selected based on the client's style preference, permit-related complexities or project location. We'll start with an open discussion about how you'll use the space, who will maintain it, and the amount you are willing to invest in this project. A site analysis and soil test are next steps to determine basic site needs. And a comprehensive design follows to keep everyone one from the client, estimator and construction supervisor aligned with the same goal and vision. 

Plans are created to speak to your sense of style, with amenities that will enhance your lifestyle and your home. Amenities such as a simple shade structure or a grand outdoor kitchen create extended living areas to enhance the value of your home. An appropriate plant palette will be selected to suit site conditions and personal tastes. If value engineering is required, we will provide options. HOA submittals and permit documents are also expertly managed as a part of the Nature Designs design/build experience.
