Steve Jacobs is a past president of the San Diego Chapter and currently holds the position of the Director of Education for the State of California. Steve Jacobs holds one of only 70 Certified Water Manager certifications in the State of California from CLCA. Nature Designs is a sponsor of the CLCA’s San Diego Chapter.
